Acquired from an altitude of 705km this Landsat 8 OLI false colour image centred over London has been enhanced using the near infrared, short-wave infrared and red spectral wavelengths displayed as red, green and blue. The image covers an area 100km x 60km.

The Cloud (white/violet) splits London in two and the surrounding countryside of Essex and Kent contrasts against the blue of the Thames Estuary.
